Police have released new videos that appear to show 18-year-old college student Hannah Graham being followed by an unidentified man. Hannah has been reported missing since September 14.
The search for University of Virginia student Hannah Graham, 18, continues to grow more frantic, and police have now released new surveillance videos from the night she disappeared. Hannah was last seen in videos in the early hours of September 13 walking throughout sections of Charlottesville, Virginia and was briefly followed by an unidentified man. That man, who has since been identified, claims that she walked away with another unidentified man, who is now being sought by police.

Capt. Gary Pleasants of the Charlottesville, Virginia police department revealed on September 18 that the last known videos of Hannah were taken near Charlottesville’s Downtown Mall early in the morning of September 13, according to Huffington Post.
Capt. Pleasants said that a surveillance video, taped at 1:06 a.m. at Sal’s Caffe Italia, shows a white male “who glances briefly over his shoulder, then steps into a doorway and stops,” People reports. Hannah walked by the doorway and this unidentified man stepped out and followed her.

Another surveillance video taken at 1:08 a.m. by Tuel Jewelers also shows the white male following Hannah. Capt. Pleasants has said the male has since come to police and revealed that Hannah appeared to be in distress. However, the witness said she was approached by another man — an unidentified black male.
“It appeared to the witness that the black male was either known to Ms. Graham or was trying to help her,” police said, according to People. “The witness then walked away and he said that Ms. Graham and the black male were still standing and talking when he left. The black male is not shown in either of these videos.”
Hannah had sent a text message to friends saying she was lost around 1:20 a.m., according to Daily Mail.
Police have released a description of the second male as they continue their search for Hannah. The witness described the black male as 5’10 to 6’0 and weighing 250 to 285 pounds. Police also said that the person of interest has a close shaved head, goatee beard and “beer belly.” They believe the male to be in his late 20s or early 30s.
Hannah left her off-campus apartment on September 12 at around 9:30 p.m. to meet friends for dinner, according to police reports. Hannah left the dinner by herself at about 11 p.m. and went to an apartment and then a house party, police said. She was seen at 12:45 a.m. on September 13 outside of McGrady’s Pub and then at a Shell gas station close by at around 12:55 a.m. She has not been seen since.
Hannah’s parents reported their daughter missing on September 14 and have said they suspect foul play. “It is totally out of character for us not to have heard from her, and we fear foul play,” their statement to the police department read.
Our thoughts go out to Hannah’s family and friends during this difficult time. We are hoping for Hannah’s safe return.
